Cannot go to server

I am using iOS 10.1.1; while using the app, it freezes and sometimes it says unable to connect to the server. Even though my wifi connection is perfectly fine.!resolving the issue, I deleted the app and tried to reinstall but still the issue persists. Please fix the bug ...
